The main chosen genre of our film is thriller with a sub-genre of psychological and crime thriller, as we feel like this is a suitable genre as it appeals to a wider crowd of people, as research shows men are more attracted to crime thrillers and females psychological. Also as there realistic and based on real life scenarios , which makes it easy to remake.
TITLES OVER MOVING IMAGES:
A title sequence that we was inspired by was Psycho,we thought the title sequence for Psycho was effective and it reflected the genre and activities in the film by using simply moving imagery representing slashes. Also the way the titles appear jaggeder on screen, reflects the genre again as its shows a character with psychological issues.

We've also chosen Seven as it a thrilling title sequence.This title sequence inspired us because of the build up of suspense, which has the audience constantly imagine and thinking whats going to happen in the film, which builds up tension. We like the idea of close-ups of symbolic objects, and not revealing the main characters identity.
