Mind map showing my ides for the title sequence:

Idea: The story line is that 2 people meet online and have arranged to meet each other and everything goes downhill very fast. What Katie (character1) docent know is that sweet innocent Jake (character2) that she met on Facebook has actually known Katie for her whole life following her around everywhere, obsessed with her presence. When they finally meet it isn't what Katie dreamed how it would be. This is shown in the title sequence, where you get an insight and you could clearly see that Jake is stalking Katie. 

Locations: Central London at night to give the film the dark setting and atmosphere. We are going to use public locations a lot such as cafes, restaurants and canals to make the film more realistic and officers both of the characters houses so that the audience can relate to the film in some way. 

Props/Costume: The characters are going to wear regular clothing to make the film look realistic so we could show that it could happen to everyone and its a fantasy. Other then phones and public transport i don't think there would be any necessary for any props.  

Characters: 2 main characters, the victim which is the girl getting stalked and the villain, the stalker. The whole scene is based around these 2 characters. 

Titles: The titles would match the setting using motion images and be integrated with the film so that it docent look out of place.  The last titles would be on a black screen but there would be dialogue over it so that the audience hears whats going on but actually docent see it. This is effective as it would intrigue the audience to whats going on in the film.

Soundscape: The title sequence would have a mixture of diegetic sound and non diegetic so that it portrays the film in an effective way. There would be realistic sounds such as loud breathing, background noise, heartbeats, foot steps to make the film have a realistic setting as well as non digits sounds such as sound effects and music to compliment the film.

Research- In order to come up with my own title sequence/film opening i had to do some research and watched both peoples title sequences to get some inspiration and searched up horror films. One title sequence that stood out to me especially is called Obsessed that was made by another media student. This stood out to me particularly as they have the same stalker idea as i had as and use the same macro and micro elements similar to what I've come up with. My idea is based around this title sequence.
